These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cx77u online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at cx77u.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "cx77u", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or close any Account where the age of the holder cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
Underage Gambling: If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made and any winnings accrued during a period of underage use will be forfeited. We will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. cx77u makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction and expressly disclaims all liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in contravention of applicable local law.
By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions that would prohibit your participation on the Platform.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, cx77u reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances and Bonus Funds pending further investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You are required to notify cx77u promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. cx77u will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
cx77u operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or the redemption of bonuses are processed: a valid national identity document (CNIC), passport or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by cx77u may result in Account restrictions or closure.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use cx77u solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content, systematic extraction of data, or use of automated tools to interact with the Platform are all strictly prohibited.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and investigation:
cx77u makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or events beyond our reasonable control. Live betting markets may be suspended or voided where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.
All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are denominated in PKR. cx77u does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.
Payment Method Context: Familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on this Platform as contextual information only. Their mention does not constitute a claim that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Available payment methods at the cashier are subject to change and must be confirmed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: KYC verification must be fully completed; any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied; withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible; and withdrawal requests may be subject to compliance review before processing.
cx77u aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a request is flagged for compliance review. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All balances, bets and transaction amounts on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion charges incurred at the payment provider level are the responsibility of the Player.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on cx77u are subject to specific terms including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds are ring-fenced and cannot be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while certain table games contribute a lower percentage. Always check the specific offer terms for full contribution rates.
cx77u reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of the single-account policy in connection with promotions. Patterns of play that suggest a Player is wagering solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine recreational play may be considered abuse at cx77u's sole discretion.
cx77u reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed on an erroneous price, where the Platform has experienced a technical error, or where cx77u reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns. A bet is not confirmed until acknowledged and accepted by the Platform's system.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event before the applicable settlement threshold is met; the posting of a manifestly incorrect price due to human or technical error; or where the integrity of an event is called into question by a relevant governing body. Void bets are returned to the Player's real-money Balance.
Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised result, the DLS result governs settlement unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed at the individual game table. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be completed per the game's standard rules. cx77u is not liable for disconnections caused by the Player's own internet or device failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise.
cx77u's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
cx77u may suspend or close an Account at any time where there is a reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or where continued operation of the Account would present a compliance or legal risk. During a suspension, access to Account funds may be restricted pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Accounts closed under self-exclusion requests are handled under the separate Responsible Gambling Policy.
Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC and compliance checks.
cx77u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx77u holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction confer a right to bring proceedings locally.
cx77u does not claim to be regulated, licensed or authorised by any Pakistani governmental or quasi-governmental body including, without limitation, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial gaming authority. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation to that effect.
